Start with the honest version.

Warts and all. On purpose.

The only two that look backwards. What AI says about you today, where an agent trying to buy from you gives up, and which of the things you assumed turn out not to be true.

Guided starts with the honest version of where you actually are, not a polished pitch.

Visibility scan, running

what AI says about you today

You cannot argue with a starting line.

The first two sessions are measurement, and they are deliberately uncomfortable. Both scans, run properly on your own business, and an hour each going through what came back with somebody who reads these every week.

What comes back is the version of you that exists outside your own head. What AI says when somebody asks about your kind of place. Which of your competitors it puts up alongside you and on what grounds. The point in a purchase where everything stalls.

Most of it is fixable and some of it is a surprise. Either way it is written down and dated, because in week nine the whole thing runs again and the difference between the two is what you have to show for the ten weeks.

What you have by week two.

Week two is a measurement, and week nine runs exactly the same one again.

The sentence AI uses about you.

Word for word, and the pages it was built out of. Usually close, occasionally wrong expensively.

The names that come back instead.

Who gets put forward for the question you would want to own, and what they have that you do not.

The door an agent stopped at.

Of the four an agent tries, the first that did not open. Where the work starts and usually finishes.

A dated baseline.

All of it written down and timestamped, because the difference is what you have to show for ten weeks.

The free scan gains somebody reading it with you.

Both scans are free and you could run them this afternoon without speaking to anybody at all. Plenty of people do exactly that.

What weeks one and two add is an hour on what came back. Which line is the expensive one, which is cosmetic, and which of the things you had assumed about your own business turns out not to be true.

What widens is that it gets kept and dated, so there is something for week nine to be measured against.

How much of our time does this take?

An hour a week for ten weeks, and some thinking in between that mostly happens while you are doing something else. Nobody is asked to clear a diary.
