Three and a half per cent, and only on what it sold.
The fee attaches at the point an agent asks your Selfe a question, accepts the terms and pays, and at no other point. We are not paid for an order you would have had anyway, and there is no month in which a fee arrives for sales that did not happen. It is a fraction of what a marketplace takes for the same introduction, and afterwards the customer is yours rather than theirs.
One term, and no penalty for leaving.

Your Echo leaves with you.
Export the lot, in a form somebody else can read, whenever you like and including on the way out. It is a record of your own business and it was never ours to keep.
The price moves when your business does.
Take on a fourth property or double the range and the number changes, and you will have known it was going to. Nobody gets an invoice they have to go and work out.
What is not in it.
Anybody doing the work for you. We do not rewrite your website, restage your photographs or take over your listings, at any price. That is a different kind of company, and we are not one.
