Give someone a fish. We'll help you build the boat.
Ten businesses a quarter, ten weeks each, and a Selfe that runs on your own judgement instead of on everybody's. You come out able to keep it right, which is the one part nobody can do for you.
Guided is ten weeks with us, building the judgement your Selfe runs on once we're gone.
You decide what good looks like.
Nothing else can.
Guided is our hands-on programme for businesses preparing to be bought from by AI. We are shaping the next cohort with a small number of businesses now.
Your Selfe connects itself, reads what you already have and lets an agent buy from you at four in the morning without waking anybody. None of that wants you in the room.
What wants you is the judgement underneath it. What always gets said about your place and what never does. Who it suits and who it honestly does not. How far your Selfe may go on its own before it stops and asks. A small amount of work, and the only part nobody can generate, because it is the only part that is yours.
Nobody arrives knowing how to do it. The job is a few months old and there is nowhere to have learnt it. So for ten weeks you get an hour with somebody who does, and the rest of the week your Selfe carries on running while you think about what came out of it.
Fit
Everything about what you sell held as a fact of its own, so a question gets an answer instead of a paragraph that mentions it somewhere.
Who this is for, and who it is not.
More than one of something.
Twelve cottages, four restaurants, a range in eleven colours. The more you have, the further the defaults sit from any of it, and the more directions a playbook has to be right in at once.
Somebody with an opinion.
You already know which room is worth the money and which one is not, and why the people who love it love it. That opinion is the raw material here, and it is the half we cannot supply.
Several people who describe it differently.
Whoever does the marketing, the owner and whoever runs the diary rarely say the same thing about the same business. Ten sessions is long enough to settle that, and short enough that it gets settled rather than discussed.
On Sovereign, it runs privately.
If you are on the isolated deployment then the ten weeks are yours rather than shared, with your own people in the room. Same weeks, same hour, no cohort, because the rules a private deployment needs written are rarely anybody else's business.
One place and one price, go self serve.
A single cottage with a simple offer is what the standard playbooks are for. That route has you running by Friday and costs a great deal less, and this would be an expensive way to arrive at the same answer.
Wanting it done for you.
We are there to help you decide, never to decide instead of you. A playbook somebody else's judgement went into is a template with your name on it, which is the thing this exists to avoid.
Ten weeks, five pieces.
Where you start.
Weeks one and two. The scan, run properly, with somebody reading it beside you. What AI says about you today and how far an agent gets, written down, because everything after this is measured against it.
Plugged in.
Weeks three and four. Whatever takes the money, whatever holds the calendar, and wherever you are listed. Your Echo comes out of what you already have rather than out of a form somebody fills in.
What good looks like.
Weeks five and six, and the reason you are here. Ground rules, who you are for, what your Selfe may agree to on its own and what it brings to you. This is the custom playbook and it is what you are paying for.
Let it run.
Weeks seven and eight. Real agents, real questions and real sales, with somebody beside you the first time it does something you did not expect.
You take the keys.
Weeks nine and ten. Measured against week one, so you can see what moved. And you leave knowing what to change next and how to change it.

The plain facts.
An hour a week, for ten weeks.
One session, then the week to think about it. What you do between them is small and it is yours. Nobody has ten weeks to give to something like this and it does not ask for them.
Ten places a quarter.
Ten is as many as one person can hold properly in their head at once, and an hour that is being repeated to a hundred people is not the hour you want.
Five thousand pounds.
On top of the platform, which you would be paying for either way. Connecting is the quick part. The five thousand buys the ten hours that decide what good looks like.
Direction, never execution.
We help you decide what your Selfe should do. We do not rewrite your website, restage your photographs or take over your listings. An hour a week could not be delivery even if both sides wanted it to be, which is the honest reason that line holds. Somebody who does the doing for you is an agency, and that is a perfectly good thing to buy and is not this.
It carries on afterwards.
A session each quarter to keep the playbook current, because a business changes and a judgement made in March stops fitting by September. Your thinking, revisited with a quarter of evidence behind it.

The application, which is four questions.
Every one gets read and answered either way, usually inside a week. Nothing to book before that and no call to sit through first.
What you run. How many places, or how big a range, and which systems hold the money and the calendar or the stock. Say whether your Selfe is already running, because most people apply after it is.
What the defaults would get wrong about you. The one we actually read. Some way you sell that a standard playbook would flatten, whether that is a rule about who a thing suits, something about how you price, or a sentence you would never want said in your name.
Who would be in the room. An hour a week for ten weeks, and it works when the person with the opinion is one of them. If that person cannot make the hour, this is the wrong quarter rather than the wrong programme.
Which quarter. Ten places each, so say when you want to start and we will tell you whether it is open.
How do we know the standard playbooks would not do?
Because you can usually name the thing straight away. The rule everybody in the building knows and nobody has written down. The exception that costs you money every time somebody new gets it wrong. If nothing comes to mind, the defaults will very likely be fine and the self serve route is the honest answer.
