Not sure if Selfe is the right fit? Start with a pilot. Test with a few properties, see real results, then decide.
How pilots work
1. Scope
Choose a handful of properties. 3-5 is typical. Enough to see patterns, small enough to manage.
2. Setup
We build Echos, connect systems. Usually takes a couple of weeks.
3. Live
Run for 60-90 days. Monitor results, adjust as needed.
4. Evaluate
Review what worked. Decide whether to continue, expand, or stop.
What makes a good pilot
Selection criteria
- Representative properties - Different types, locations, or brands to test variety
- Willing participants - Staff engaged and ready to learn
- Clear success metrics - What does success look like?
- Realistic timeline - 60-90 days minimum for meaningful data
Pilot pricing
- Reduced or waived setup fees
- No long-term commitment
- Clear path to full pricing if successful
