Selfe Wallet

The Wallet is how guests authorise bookings without re-entering payment details every time.

What it is

An app on the guest's phone that:

• Stores payment methods securely
• Authorises transactions with a tap
• Keeps booking history in one place
• Works across any AI agent using Selfe

When a guest says "book it" to any connected agent, the Wallet handles authorisation. One tap, done.

Why it matters

Without the Wallet, every agent interaction that leads to a booking would require:

• Creating an account
• Entering card details
• Verifying identity
• Confirming payment

That friction kills conversions. The guest found the perfect venue, they're ready to commit, and then... forms.

With the Wallet, the authorisation flow is:

1. Guest says "book it"
2. Notification appears on phone
3. Guest taps to confirm
4. Booking completes

For guests

The Wallet becomes the single place for all AI-assisted bookings:

For desktop booking flows or users without the app, a web-based authorisation flow is available.
