Pick whichever fits. The platform is the same underneath all three. What changes is how much of the first few weeks you want us doing. **Self · from £129/month.** Simple. Free buyability check first, then sign yourself up, nothing on our side to wait for. **Assisted · from £549/month.** For larger or more complex places. Talk to us first, there's usually setup work a conversation surfaces before you're ready to go live. **Selfe-Made · from £5,000.** The cohort of ten. Twelve weeks, we do the work, and you come out running it. Built for enterprise and large curators, private deployment if you need it, and open to anyone who wants that route. ## The same in every one of them. None of this is a tier. It is in the price whichever plan you are on. **Your Echo, kept right.** Read out of your own systems and corrected as things change, without anybody remembering to. **Every surface, off one connection.** Your own site, the chat apps, the shopping surfaces. The next one is not a new price. **The standard playbooks.** What always gets said, who a thing suits, and how far your Selfe may go alone. Good for most. **Everything it did, written down.** Every question, every answer, every decision settled alone and every one brought to you. **Both scans, whenever you want them.** They are free to everybody and they stay free to you. Checking never costs money. ## The plain facts, including the awkward ones. **Three and a half per cent, and only on what it sold.** The fee attaches at the point an agent asks your Selfe a question, accepts the terms and pays, and at no other point. We are not paid for an order you would have had anyway, and there is no month in which a fee arrives for sales that did not happen. It is a fraction of what a marketplace takes for the same introduction, and afterwards the customer is yours rather than theirs. **One term, and no penalty for leaving.** ___ months, then monthly. If it stops being worth it you stop paying for it, and nothing about your business breaks when you do. **Your Echo leaves with you.** Export the lot, in a form somebody else can read, whenever you like and including on the way out. It is a record of your own business and it was never ours to keep. **The price moves when your business does.** Take on a fourth property or double the range and the number changes, and you will have known it was going to. Nobody gets an invoice they have to go and work out. **What is not in it.** Anybody doing the work for you. We do not rewrite your website, restage your photographs or take over your listings, at any price. That is a different kind of company, and we are not one. ## Should we choose Self, Assisted or Selfe-Made? Choose Self when the standard connections and playbook fit. Choose Assisted when you want us to check the setup or the systems are less straightforward. Choose Selfe-Made when the difficult part is agreeing custom rules across people, properties, products or approval layers. You end up on the same platform in all three. **Does company size decide which route we need?** Complexity matters more than headcount. A large catalogue with standard rules may suit Self. A smaller business with several systems, approval layers or important exceptions may need Assisted or Selfe-Made. The route changes the help around the platform, not the platform you end up running. **Do we need anybody technical?** Not for the standard route. You need access to the systems that take payment and hold your calendar, stock or orders, plus somebody who can say when the resulting record is right. Where a private system or custom integration is involved, we identify that before anything is agreed. **How long does connecting take?** Usually days rather than months because nothing is rebuilt or migrated. The exact time depends on the systems involved and whether your rules fit the standard playbook. Assisted and Selfe-Made exist for the cases where connecting is straightforward but agreeing what should happen is not. **Can we start on our own and get help later?** Yes. Starting with Self and moving to Assisted or Selfe-Made is a normal route. Having a live Echo in front of you often makes the useful questions much clearer than trying to design every rule before anything is connected. **What happens after we contact you?** A person reads what you sent and works out whether Self, Assisted or Selfe-Made is the honest route. If a listed connection or standard setup fits, we say so.
